Daily practical, Customer Care, Table Layout Creation and Preparation of new food items, Kitchen Planning, Hotel Training, Storage and Preservation of Food, Cleanliness, Costing, Industry exposure.
The eligibility criteria to enroll for Diploma In Barista shall be Minimum 10th pass or equivalent
