Diploma in Hotel Management

The primary objective of the program is to provide eligible candidates with the necessary skills, knowledge, values, and attitudes to occupy key operational positions in the hotel industry.

Students enrolled to Diploma in Hotel Management course are trained in all aspects of hotel operations, with a focus on the key functioning areas of Food & Beverages Service, Food & Beverages Production, Front Office & Housekeeping.

The hotel industry is a crucial part of the hospitality industry. Students are trained in various hospitality related services like VIP Services, an organization of food courts, and health expositions for leadership and marketing skill-building.

Eligibility for Admission
The eligibility criteria to enrol for Diploma in Hotel Management shall be Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

Diploma in Culinary Arts / Food Production

This course is designed especially for young boys and girls who wish to utilize their time to learn the skills and to achieve greater heights in food line which is approximately 500 Billion Dollars industry. We lay emphasis on teaching practical aspects of the course.

Students will gain skills in preparing dishes using sanitary and nutritious ingredients while also paying attention to the overall design of a meal. Culinary professionals will apply sanitation principles in food preparation and will be able to prepare a variety of meal, bakery and pastries products. They will also develop abilities in planning a menu and will be prepared for the rigors of working in a commercial kitchen. Culinary artists must keep up to date with modern innovations and the latest in global cuisine.

Curriculum
All major cuisines are covered into this course- Indian, Chinese, Continental, Bakery & Tandoor Cuisine. Daily practical, Customer Care, Table Layout Creation and Preparation of new food items, Kitchen Planning, Hotel Training, Storage and Preservation of Food, Cleanliness, Costing, Industry exposure.

Diploma in Hospitality & Cruise Ship Management

In this course, we will provide you with an insider's look at the skills and qualifications needed to succeed in the cruise line industry, the process of getting the job, and the life of a cruise ship officer /crew member. This course provides future crew members and new entrants into the industry with essential skills to get employment in mega ships.

Students who then continue to the Hospitality and Cruise Ship Management , Diploma course will enhance their knowledge of the business and management of ocean cruises and operational issues involved, but also approach wider managerial issues such as personnel management, organizational behavior, research methods etc. at an advanced level.

The course headed by an experienced and accomplished professional in hospitality operations on cruise ships will also include guest lectures by cruise industry professionals and student visits to cruise ships in order to ensure an engaging delivery of the latest knowledge and issues in this exciting field.

Aim
The aim of the course is to prepare students for employment in the international cruise ship industry.
The necessary practical skills are developed early in the programme to ensure that students are able to operate quickly and competently within a cruise ship hospitality environment. Management competencies are developed throughout the programme to provide the tools for assuming greater unit and people responsibility over time.
